Who we are
An independent agency, working for property owners.
AIV Insurance is an independent insurance agency in Texas. We help people insure the home they live in, the houses they rent out, and the homes they list for short stays.
Independent means we are not tied to one insurance company. We look at the options available from the markets we work with and explain them plainly, so you can choose with the details in front of you.

We start with the property
Tell us about the property and the policy you have now. If you have your declarations page, share it; if not, a few answers are enough.
We compare what matters
The type of policy comes first, then the price. Two quotes can differ in how a roof claim is paid, how the wind and hail deductible works, or whether liability is included at all — we explain those differences in plain words.
People decide; software assists
Software helps us read documents and keep your records organized. A person on our team reviews your coverage details, and every quote before it is locked in with an insurance company. AI never decides your coverage.
We watch your renewal dates
We keep track of when each policy renews and start the review weeks ahead, so there is time to compare before it does.
If you need to file a claim
Claims are filed directly with your insurance company, using the claims contact on your policy. We do not handle claims ourselves, but we can help you find the right contact, and we keep a record of the claim so your history is accurate at renewal.
If you have a mortgage
If your lender pays your insurance from escrow, it needs your new declarations page whenever you switch or renew. We get it to your lender and keep track of whether they confirm it.
